Ingredients
- 4 cup All Purpose Flour
- 2½ tsp Instant Yeast
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Water

- Make sure your butter is soft – room temp is perfect, or microwave it for a few seconds.
- Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl or a kitchen machine.
- Mix everything well until a soft but firm dough forms. The dough should come together smoothly, leaving no residue on the sides of the bowl.
- Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel or place the dough in an airtight container. Let it rise for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into three equal pieces and shape them into dough balls, creating surface tension as you form them.
- Place the dough balls into a 9.5 x 5-inch loaf pan.
- Cover with a kitchen towel again and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Once risen, place the pan in the oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let the loaf cool completely on a cooling rack before slicing.
