Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen Strawberries - note 1
- ¾ cup plain Greek Yogurt - note 2
- 1¼ cup Milk - note 3
Optional
- 1 splash Maple Syrup - note 4
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract - note 5

Instructions
- Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
- The wonderful thing about this recipe is that you can use any frozen fruit you like. After blending, feel free to adjust the sweetness to your preference.
- Add more milk if it’s too thick, or more yogurt if it’s too thin.
- I strain the yogurt drink through a fine mesh sieve after blending to get out the seeds.
- Pour it into small bottles or glasses and store it in the fridge.
